Howdy and thanks for visiting my profile. As a lifelong Entrepreneur and Student Of Happiness I have always loved the challenge of creating businesses that infuse a little fun, giving back, and WOW experiences for customers and employees. In 2021 I sold my company to a Fortune 500 and started two new companies. CLUB NEED and The Culture Kitchen. CLUB NEED We bring socially responsible businesses together with charitable Impact Projects to solve some of the world’s most pressing issues. After three decades of leading my company, I made a profound decision to sell and and redirected my resources towards Club Need, driven by a passion to address the world’s most urgent challenges. My mission now is to forge connections between corporate donors and high-impact charity projects. Today, myself and my dedicated team embark on journeys to some of the most impoverished regions worldwide. Our purpose? To seek out, establish, and oversee Charitable Impact Projects that resonate with their vision. These projects offer corporate donors the remarkable opportunity to harness the power of their businesses, fostering engaged employees, loyal customers, and a better world—one impact at a time. The Culture Kitchen was created to focus on Workplace Happiness research, speaking, coaching, workshops, and retreats. I travel the globe to visit the world’s most inspiring organizations and share everything I learn as I research, interview and document some of the world’s happiest workplaces. Some of my past visits have included companies in Canada, USA, Denmark, Sweden, Japan, Germany, Thailand, Philippines, Australia, Nicaragua, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Mexico and Bhutan. Company culture is my way of helping the world become a better place. I believe that if we focus on workplace happiness, we’ll see that happiness flow into our homes and society, helping to make everyone’s life just a little bit better! I live in a small town near Vancouver in Canada with my wife and two teenage sons.
