I’ve spent more than two decades building a career in regulatory compliance for the electric power industry supporting generation owners, operators, and market participants across North America. Throughout my career, I’ve led full-spectrum compliance efforts across multiple regions (TRE (ERCOT), WECC, NPCC, SERC, RF), managing everything from initial registrations and audit preparation to developing internal controls, maintaining evidence libraries, conducting gap assessments, and delivering ongoing program governance. I’ve supported facilities that include gas, wind, solar, hydro, and BESS, and have worked with both owner/operators and third-party GOPs. At organizations like Exelon (Constellation), Wabash Valley Power, CAMS, and EPE, I’ve built and maintained compliance programs that scale, from low-impact sites to multi-state operations, often leading the creation of procedures, RSAWs, training programs, and emergency plans from the ground up. I’ve served as Primary or Alternate Compliance Contact, developed weatherization and emergency response plans in line with PUC rules, and administered regulatory platforms like Align, CORES, and the ERCOT MIS Portal. My work also extends to supporting Renewable Energy Credit (REC) registrations, FERC compliance coordination (EWG Certification), and acquisition due diligence.
