Hi, I'm Cambron, currently I work in a rural, local health jurisdiction. I am eternally curious, I love learning and am passionate about many topics. My educational background is in Administrative Management and Organizational Leadership & Development. I am a firm believer that everyone has the potential to be a leader, no matter your position on the org chart or industry. I have been delving into the world of workplace wellbeing and trauma responsiveness, particularly in relation to vicarious and secondary trauma.I have experience turning innovative ideas into tangible results. I created the funding proposal that purchased hospital-grade breast pumps for lactating employees at our local hospital. While at work, employees can use this pump to express milk for their babies. I love working on creative projects, as well as technical projects. I have experience in financial analysis, accounting principles and tracking invoices and budgets. I'm really good at tracking projects and deadlines.
