I am a Procurement Assistant at Aramark, where I manage inventory for the company's corporate contract with the Seattle Convention Center, the Northwest's premier meeting and events facility. I have over 7 years of experience in this role, and I am an expert in inventory control, planning, and forecasting for multiple events of varying sizes and scopes. I also have skills and experience in employee training and supervision, as well as customer service and event management. In my previous role as a Customer Service Trainer/Supervisor at TLC Laser Eye Centers, I administered the training of customer service representatives, created and implemented training materials and tests, and monitored and resolved staff issues. My mission is to provide efficient, accurate, and quality service to Aramark and its clients, and to contribute to the success of the events and the organization.
