KEY PROJECTS: I coordinated a 6-month EDI project, leading my team to sign contracts with the suppliers of a big retail chain and finish the onboarding process with 600 of them within the same timeframe. I spearheaded DocProcess’ first digitization project for France, working closely with the French team to instill policies and best practices while ensuring the project was a success. I advanced the first EDI project in Romania for a key client by convincing 90% of their 2,500 merchants to switch from paper to electronic. I am known around the office for my collegial and friendly attitude, coupled with a relentless drive to support my team in getting the job done. It helps that I have a knack for analyzing people’s behavior and personality while evaluating situations that arise and developing the best solutions to achieve objectives.
