I believe in utilizing my experience in Operations to help users get the most out of their tools or applications for various user groups to achieve their individual goals. I am always interested in learning new ways of doing things, in order to provide the most robust solutions possible. I also rely heavily on my vast experience as a user for tons of software tools. At STEMCELL Technologies Inc, one of Canada's Premier Bio-Technology companies, I leveraged this experience as we performed a company-wide ERP switchover to SAP. As a Senior member of the Customer Service Team, I was responsible for producing a list of features required for our team based on our needs, testing SAP's solutions to ensure they fit our specifications, creating work instructions & training for our team members, as well as providing support to the team as needed during a stressful few weeks. People know me for my punctuality, upbeat attitude, friendly & purposeful communications, and my obsessions with any professional sport they are willing to talk about. I take pride in my ability to fit seamlessly into new teams, and provide meaningful contributions to their goals.
