About Cameron Bell

With exposure to both the London and country market, over the last ten years I have gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in the residential property industry - involving the sale, letting, acquisition and appraisal of a large variety of property from: studio flats, plots of land (with or without planning consent) to country estates and smallholdings. I am an approachable, self-motivated individual who has built an extensive knowledge base from experience in order to build working relationships, maintain a strong reputation within the sector and not only hit, but exceed targets on a year by year basis. This has been demonstrated within my consistent results, particularly my achievement of being within the top three performers in the South West region of London, within my first full year of working in the capital's market. My ability to build, maintain and develop client relationships has been recognised both regionally and company wide, through various local awards and High Achiever incentives, whilst in 2018 I won the Countrywide Group Award for customer service. Educationally, an extended diploma in Business & Commerce and NFoPP Technical Award in Sale of Residential Property provide me with relevant and valuable teaching in my working sector. Throughout my career with Hamptons International I have attended many training and development programs, including compliance, sales skills, conveyancing, market appraisal and advanced RPS IT skills to name a few. Whilst writing this, I am currently developing my skills further by undertaking a management and leadership course, produced by The Open University in partnership with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).
