Bison’s unique approach is part of my DNA, with my father and uncle starting the business. I have an ingrained understanding of Bison’s values and total commitment to quality. After a decade in the industry, I bring a practical perspective to everything I do. I see the detail, without being overwhelmed by it – and push through obstacles with discipline and persistence.
