About Cameron Brown

As the Head Coach of the 14U Oklahoma Express and 12U Oklahoma Hooks, Mentor, and Life Coach, I bring different and extensive angles to youth in the forms of Christian faith development, life development and baseball development to enrich young men and women. For 4 years and many more to come, I have coached many young men in baseball, and encourage them in ways of growing their faith, and giving them the tools they need in order to become successful and well-respected men. Growing up, in my childhood years, I did not really have a "fatherly figure" and had a dream to coach baseball. My parents divorced when I was 7 years old, and I had lost hope because I had the lack of examples. By the grace of God, he provided an opportunity to go to a small school and to have a Christian home-based lifestyle. That is when I knew wholeheartedly, that I wanted to provide a way to give young men and women the tools they need to not ever lose hope like I did. In today's world I see a lot of young men losing hope to go to college, to be hungry for a career, to be on fire for God, because they have no example in their household to encourage and challenge them. This is where I come into play. How I benefit these young men and women. Provide an atmosphere that is safe, to educate kids in the Word of God and in baseball. Provide a place where they can come to, to get away from the pressures such as drugs, drinking, abused homes, etc. Mentor, challenge, and encourage, young men and women through the tough times and focusing on their future. Compete at a level in sports that gives them a chance to earn an academic and/or athletic scholarships.
