In my role with AIT Bioscience, I lead a project team of more than 20 to deliver bioanalysis studies for delivery to clients. I also lead training and development initiatives with my colleagues that improve the success rates of projects, as well as manage more than 160 clinical studies, including two that ultimately gained FDA approval. In addition, I rewrote the ADA electronic laboratory notebook templates to improve data warehousing and drive improvements in efficiency.
