About Cameron Brown

I am a senior at Northeastern University studying electrical and computer engineering. I graduate in December, 2025, with a bachelor's degree in computer engineering. My interests are in systems engineering, test engineering, and automation. While at NEU, I completed two internships as part of Northeastern's co-op program. My first co-op was at 24M, a battery engineering startup, where I performed as a Battery Test Engineer. I learned to write test procedures for small cell lithium ion batteries according to the data needs of engineers. I took leadership for small cell testing, managing active tests across 10 units. My second co-op was with Boston Metal, a green steel metallurgy startup. I worked as a Model-Based Systems Engineer (MBSE) for their advanced automation and systems group. I used MathWorks' tools to write and manage requirements, develop system architectures, and add traceability to our system model. I wrote and performed test plans for process and motion control subsystems during the verification and commissioning of our most complex system.
