About Cameron Burns

Hospitality & Events Leader | Venue & Brand Builder | Champion of People & CultureWith over 20 years of hands-on experience in hospitality, I’ve worked across every corner of the industry – from hotels, fine dining and cocktail bars to live music events, clubs, and large-scale festivals. I started at 15 and never looked back.My passion for this industry runs deeper than just building my own career – it’s about creating opportunities and growing the careers of those around me. I’ve been fortunate to help open and shape four restaurants and cafes from scratch, and for the past seven years, I’ve been proudly building an alcohol brand under the Earp family name.At Earp Distilling Co, I’ve overseen the growth of not just a bar and restaurant, but a full-function space, immersive experiences, and an evolving portfolio of large-scale events under the Earp Presents banner. Whether it’s designing a menu, crafting a festival, or mentoring young talent, I’m driven by creativity, community, and impact.I’m always open to connecting with like-minded people, industry professionals, and collaborators who believe in doing things differently and building something that lasts.
