As a Virginia Tech graduate in International Relations and Spanish, my well-rounded experience has allowed me to develop my skills as a dynamic and results-oriented professional with a strong background in program management, administrative support, human resources, and teaching environments. Equipped with strong organizational, communication, and problem solving skills, with a proven ability to coordinate events, enhance team collaboration, and deliver high-quality results with critical thinking skills developed during my time at Virginia Tech, Loudoun County Public Schools, and Loudoun County Government. Through my position as a Human Resources Program Assistant, I have created and facilitated employee wellness training sessions and employee engagement events to promote well-being, enhance workplace culture, and drive employee engagement. My time with Loudoun County Public Schools and Loudoun County Government have afforded me the opportunity to hone my skills as a highly adaptable, resourceful, and capable bilingual administrative professional that is able to thrive in fast-paced, multi-faceted environments with over 6 years of customer service experience and proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite.
