About Cameron Caicedo

My sustainability journey began when I moved to Germany when I was 14. I only lived there for a year but in my time there I loved the access to transportation and other sustainable features the city of Cologne provided. Since then it has been a strong interest and goal of mine to help implement sustainable and accessible features in the United States and contribute to building a more sustainable society in any way I can. For me, there was no better place than the University of Florida to help me learn and achieve my goals, and since my academic journey started I have learned about and taken more interest in topics like sustainable data analysis, environmental consultation, and implementations of sustainable stormwater infrastructure, software and city planning all in a collaborative and socially impactful way. I hope to apply my experience in leadership, teamwork, and sustainable building processes provided through my coursework at UF and my work experience in industries such as Stormwater Management, Law, and Hospitality.
