Experienced in customer service in fast paced environments, I provide detailed and accurate administrative support to ensure smooth running of operations and customer satisfaction. I have experience dealing with customer queries and complaints face-to-face, over the phone, and over email/support desks (e.g zendesk). In my current role within the travel & tourism industry, I provide administrative support on a tour operations level and travel agency level, to direct clients, tour operators, suppliers, franchisees, and internal staff. Incredibly eager to learn new skills and gain further experience, I have some experience in training new staff and currently work alongside my HR department in a small group to work on improving workplace culture. I am always looking for new skills to learn to make myself even more of a valuable asset.
