About Cameron Ellis

I am a recent technical writing graduate of BCIT and all-around word nerd interested in being part of a team where I can apply the lessons I've learned both in my studies and my recent career experiences. I pride myself on an empathic approach to work, not only as it relates to being part of a successful team, but in the language of technical communication: creating content that considers the end user and their specific goals. I aim to fully understand the context in which written content is used, and tailor that content to match it, as well as being open to change when the situation calls for it. Over the past year in a document control position, I've sharpened my organizational skills and became adept at handling multiple projects across time. Coupled with an attention to the finer details involved in creating written content, I'm excited to contribute to a new role and continue to learn as my career advances.
