About Cameron George

With a Masters in Green and Environmental Chemistry from The George Washington University and a solid foundation in Biomaterials Science, Chemistry and Environmental Engineering from Virginia Tech, I am currently a Scientist at General Dynamics Information Technology. My core competencies include enivronmental data quality, environmental chemistry, and program management. At General Dynamics, our team supports the Great Lakes National Program Office, managing numerous sampling events and data collection focused on water quality, air quality and ecosystem health. My role involves applying my expertise in environmental chemistry methodoligies and data to enhance the quality of data used in decision making for environmental remedial projects. Aside from my current role, I have numerous academic research hours put toward renewable energies and a self-sustaining future. I have presented at the EPA TRI Conference, regulary attend the Great Lakes PFAS Summit conference, and have attended the Batelle Contaminated Sediments conference.
