About Cameron Gilmore

During my time as a Warehouse Supervisor, I have supervised and managed up to 40 Union employees on an overnight shift. I have run a cross-dock operation and a distribution load out that totals nineteen million cases annually. I held responsibilities that ranged from managing the loading and communication of trailer movements, administering progressive discipline, tracking, and monitoring attendance, performance coaching for employees, and more. In addition, I also was the certified PIT trainer for my facility, was on weekly calls to review KPI’s and set additional processes in place to increase performance, review BD & L and PL, performed along with product re-slots and weekly rack inspections. I also assisted in piloting a Warehouse Onboarding program that was launched to a group West and Midwest bottlers in which I played a role in helping shape the program. I pride myself on being a developer of leaders, by exhibiting professional standards everyday while being relatable and understanding the personnel, I am responsible for. In my most recent role I was able to successfully help develop 3 frontline employees for future job roles within my organization.
