About Cameron Graber

From a young age, I knew I wanted to dedicate my life to making a meaningful impact on the world. My passion for healthcare was sparked early through my involvement with the American Cancer Society. Growing up as a momma’s boy, I insisted on attending my mom’s volunteer meetings - even when it meant she had to drive 45 minutes each way to make it happen. I understood the toll cancer had taken on my family at a young age, but it was not until I became more involved as a volunteer that I fully grasped its widespread impact. It was then I realized that my future would be rooted in healthcare, in one form or another. I entered college planning to pursue medical school, but through honest introspection, I discovered that becoming a physician was not my path. Still, I knew I wanted to improve the lives of patients on a large scale. That is when I found my way into healthcare design and medical equipment planning. I quickly came to understand that healing begins with the environment - and that thoughtfully designed spaces play a critical role in patient outcomes long term. Collaborating with design teams that prioritize a patient-first mindset has deepened my appreciation for the thoughtful complexity and purpose behind every element of the healthcare environment. Throughout my education and career, one constant has remained: my commitment to the fight against cancer and to the mission of the American Cancer Society. I’m fortunate to work in a company that values and supports my volunteerism, enabling me to serve on national volunteer teams and travel across the country to further this work. I’m deeply grateful for the opportunities I've had - and continue to strive to give back to the world that has given me so much, both through my career and through the cause that started it all.
