I'm a pediatric nurse leader and public health advocate with a Master of Public Health and over 8 years of experience driving patient-centered care in leading children’s hospitals. I specialize in improving clinical operations, enhancing the patient and family experience, and developing staff through mentorship and evidence-based practice. My management style is rooted in the Jesuit value of cura personalis,"to care for the whole person", this informs every aspect of my leadership, from strategic planning to team development.
