Gregson Consulting commenced in mid-2022, focussed on assisting small to medium sized property businesses optimise their transition to greater scale, advising their growth planning, structuring and investment decisions for the future. To date, Cameron has been working with growth groups such as Cadence Property, Nikos Property, Haben Property, Sandhurst Retail & Logistics, 24HRBP and Aware Super. Work has involved project and advisory roles across the retail and logistics sectors, specifically into investment strategy, planning & preparation for capital raising, acquisitions, capital placement assessments, major tenant and retail mix-planning, neighbourhood mixed-use master planning, business planning and joint venture & asset management. Cameron has a significant successful history in building and leading both small nimble teams through to larger multi-disciplined teams working in and on some of the smallest and largest retail and mixed-use properties and portfolios in Australia, from regional neighbourhood villages through to vast CBD precincts and super-regional properties. In the most recent 9 years of his corporate life at ISPT, he led the establishment and growth of IRAPT, a retail convenience and mixed-use property fund from conception to a $2.3 billion-dollar, 50 asset investment portfolio, through a focussed strategy of acquisition, development partnerships and joint ventures. By deeply understanding the sector and having a clear vison of its direction, he created and evolved an innovative strategy to deliver consistent growth and sector outperformance, regularly raising equity and debt by building strong, loyal, and trusted investor partnerships. His breadth of experience in the property and finance sectors over 30 years, across a spectrum of roles, from ‘hands-on’ execution, team building, retail master planning and execution, portfolio operations, across to investment strategy, capital partnering, investor relations and fund management stands him in good stead to advise and mentor growing businesses.
