I am a travel and tech enthusiast with a knack for entrepreneurship and a passion for uncovering actionable insights through data. With expertise in strategy, data analysis, and product/program management, I thrive at the intersection of innovation and execution. Before my professional career in tech, I forged an international path as a soccer player. I became the first Bahamian to play in the UEFA Europa League, earned a full scholarship at BGSU, and represented The Bahamas National Team—an experience that took me to over five countries and enriched my global perspective on teamwork and leadership. Currently, as the Quality Insights Lead at Airbnb, I leverage data-driven strategies to enhance user experiences. Prior to this role, I spearheaded several high-impact projects—including launching the Islands of The Bahamas Mobile App, contributing to the development of product operations and agent tools for Airbnb LUXE, and founding Flymingo, a startup reimagining Caribbean island hopping. I also established Macchiato Media, a creative digital agency dedicated to building innovative apps. What drives me is the pursuit of finding opportunities that others might miss—connecting the dots to shape new trends and solutions in the travel and tech industries. I’m particularly excited about AI agents for travel, AGI for assisted living, and hash graph technology for driving basic income in island communities.
