Recognized innovator and industry expert in Mobile Technical Support and Contact Center Technologies/Operations. A featured speaker in global events including Genesys GForce (I was designated a G-Select partner for my expertise in Genesys Routing developed enhancements), IBM Information on Demand, Call Center Week and other venues, I have deployed and supported systems in call centers in over 30 countries to more than seats. While I am fluent in Genesys, Aspect, Cisco, Avaya and other call center solutions, I am also the creator/developer of a CTI/IVR/Routing/Predictive Dialer platform, CIMPhony. I delivered CIMPhony globally for almost a decade, and later sold my company (Softgen, International) to The HongKong and Shanghai Bank (HSBC), then the largest bank in the world. I have extraordinarily broad exposure to call center systems. I personally developed a global routing engine that implemented central universal queuing responsible for dispatching routing requests to more than agents across a global virtual call center comprising nodes in Hong Kong, the United Kingdom, USA and Brazil. This system was favored over Cisco’s Intelligent Contact Management suite for its versatility, performance and cost to operate. I am the innovator and creator of award winning solutions. My work with Advanced Mobile Technical Support and Contact Center Routing solutions each earned me a Gold Stevie award (one of the world’s most prestigious business awards). I have also been recognized as a First Place finisher in the Call Center Week Excellence in Technology awards.
