About Cameron Klein

Proven leader and business operator with over twenty five years of combined general management, entrepreneurial and professional consulting experience. Cameron is currently President/CEO of Big R Bridge, a leading manufacturer of pre-fabricated steel bridge structures serving the public and private infrastructure markets. Prior to this, he founded Klein & Associates, a middle market strategy and operations consulting firm serving manufacturing and construction clients in the Western US. Mr. Klein also served as President/CEO of Environmental Stoneworks, a $70M private equity backed venture focused on the manufacturing and installation of precast stone veneers across six regions of the U.S, encompassing sixteen states with 700+ employees. During his 5+ year tenure at the company, Cameron executed a winning strategy that generated equity returns (IRR) in excess of 70%. He grew sales and profits over the same time period at a compounded annual rate of 23% and 16%, respectively, while starting-up four new greenfield locations, building two new manufacturing facilities and completing a strategic acquisition. Mr. Klein also served as President of Oldcastle Architectural Products Group – Western Division (a subsidiary of CRH plc), overseeing a $190 million concrete products manufacturing portfolio of 9 autonomous operating companies, spanning 23 locations in 7 states with over 970 employees. During his time at Oldcastle, he achieved significant growth via acquisition, greenfield plant investments, product line expansions and strategic joint ventures resulting in an average annual EBIT growth of 15% from existing operations, and an average return on net assets exceeding 20%. In previous roles as a Management Consultant and as a VP of Development for Oldcastle, Mr. Klein led major improvement projects across several industries. Cameron began his career as a top ranked Field Engineer for Schlumberger Limited serving the international oil & gas industry.
