In addition to my supervisory experience, I have a proven track record in safety management, conducting safety inspections and ensuring compliance with Navy-specific occupational safety and health regulations. I’ve conducted thorough inspections, identified potential hazards, and recommended corrective actions to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of personnel. Using tools such as the Enterprise Safety Applications Management System (ESAMS), I tracked safety training, documented deficiencies, and worked with leadership to implement safety improvements.
