I am a dedicated and outgoing professional - known for my attention to detail and positive spin. I tend to find more fulfillment in my personal achievements, but I am always prepared to be a continuous team player to efficiently achieve common goals. Tyler Technologies has complimented my work ethic and my passion for hands-on project management experience. Coming on as a Professional Services Intern back in May of 2021, I quickly grew into the role of Associate Project Manager working to successfully assist with our ERP Pro (previously Incode) Financial and Utility Billing software implementations. As a fast learner, I am always growing and searching for bigger challenges! In my current position as Associate Project Manager (APM) on the ERP Pro Installed Accounts Team, I have a passion for translating organizational vision into actionable strategies. I am also able to put my PMI Certification - CAPM to daily use. Most of my clientele are moving from On-Premise to our Software as a Service (SaaS) Environment. This involves closely working with our Deployment and Technical Services Teams while developing best practices.
