ABOUT ME Rising junior in the Isenberg School of Management. Studying Hospitality & Tourism Management. Loving every second of my experience at the University of Massachusetts. Why do I love Hospitality & Tourism? Hospitality is the great feeling I get when I make a customer happy. Knowing I can provide customers with great customer service and have them wanting to come back to where ever I'm working. Engaging in situations where I am able to have brilliant conversations with people I don't even know. Also, being able to travel almost anywhere is very interesting. I am so young and the opportunities I have in front of me are valuable. I couldn't ask for anything else. MY FUTURE I would like to manage my own team of employees. I've always wanted to develop a group of employees to strive for the same goal as me. As a manager, I'd want my employees to feel that they can come talk to me about anything at any time. Having a management position is my goal after college. I want to be the leader of a successful group. If that means having to work up the ladder that is perfectly fine with me.
