As Technology advances, not only does it become more complicated; it begins to make seeking support increasingly difficult. Artificial intelligence-based support agents and remote assistance are time-consuming and often inaccurate in relation to your problems. This is what I seek to remedy. Following years of freelance hardware and software support and experience working as an IT Support Agent in a business setting, I strive to provide the most comprehensive and informative assistance to all end-users with their specific endpoints in an efficient manner. A graduate of the University of Guelph, I intend to use my studies in Computing and Information Science alongside my studies in French and Business to provide extensive technological assistance flexibly in a Canadian workplace environment. With my patience and continuously growing interest for technology, I can assure perseverance and commitment to learning and resolving any issue that crosses my path. I continuously seek outlets to grow and evaluate my techniques and strategies concerning endpoints, and have numerous certifications from LinkedIn Learning, LinkedIn Skill Assessment Quizzes, and company-certified evaluations.
