Initially working within the Environmental Monitoring team, I now lead the Rehabilitation Team where I coordinate and guide revegtation efforts and closure planning. My role includes the management of a high standard onsite nursery producing upwards of native tubestock a year, leading a great team of rehabilitation technicians and supervisors completing on ground revegetation projects including a 5.5km long diversion channel and overburden waste facility, the coordination over 12 ecological monitoring programs across terrestrial, riparian and coastal habitats as well as a number a closure planning initiatives and closure based financial models.I am always looking to improve my knowledge and skill base through training and experience and like to give back to the environment where I can.
