With 20 years of experience in negotiation, Cameron draws on a diverse background to offer actionable insights. Cameron began his career in Washington, DC, where he helped organizations influence policy decisions. He spent years building political coalitions and advancing causes like healthcare and environmental protection, while also helping organizations achieve their marketing and communications goals. In recent years, Cameron has focused on advising one of Canada’s largest healthcare associations, supporting negotiation strategies and organizational effectiveness. Cameron completed his Doctorate in Business Administration from Ivey Business School, where he also taught interpersonal negotiations to undergraduate and MBA students. Today, he continues to teach at Ivey, consult with organizations, and spend time with his family—cooking with his kids, exercising with his dog, and traveling with his wife.
