I am an energetic executive level leader with experience across multiple business functions. I am passionate in helping others achieve their potential, and seek to create a workplace culture that inspires and motivates. I like getting into the details… knowing my colleagues and employees, customers and the intricacies of the business. I seek out and understand business problems and opportunities with the help of data driven conversation. I value and endeavor to continually hone the skills required to execute. I have decades of senior management team supply chain and logistics experience. I have designed and lead the implementation of business internal control systems and government certification programs. I have lead multimillion dollar projects spanning IT, process digitalisation and shipment processing automation. I have unique experience working for or in coordination with various Government agencies, including the Australian Defence Force, Australian Federal and State Police, numerous Australian Government Departments and Foreign Government agencies. My current role is challenging and dynamic. I'm responsible for a global logistics network distributing B2C shipments through DHL and its supply partner networks. My multi-function role leads highly talented teams spanning Network, Operations, IT, Products, and Project Management. I have sought to reinforce my ‘on the job’ experience and further my understanding of business strategy by achieving an MBA specialising in corporate financial management and a Masters in security and risk management focused on supply chain, achieving both with Distinction.
