About Cameron Mehling

About me: I am a passionate entrepreneur, business operator, and business builder. I have a passion for community involvement. A few boards that I have sat on are; the Yorkton Chamber of Commerce, Yorkton Airport Authority board and recently volunteered his time and expertise to the Yorkton Regional High School Entrepreneurship class as a mentor and presenter. I spent over 17 years in the electronic retail industry as General Manager at Audio Warehouse. Durning his time at Audio Warehouse, I excelled in sales, marketing, team building and leadership. In October 2010, I co-founded ForeverFit, a fitness facility in Yorkton. ForeverFits gym business was sold in 2016. In 2012, I partnered with a company called Maple Farm Equipment, one of Saskatchewan's Top 100 Companies. Together we opened Maple Communications a SaskTel authorized dealer. Within the first 12 months we opened 7 locations in south eastern Saskatchewan. I was responsible for general management, financial operations, day to day business, vision and marketing of this successful company. The success of Maple Communications had appealed to one of the largest wireless dealers in Saskatchewan, The Wireless Age. The Wireless Age purchased Maple Communications on April 1,2015. In 2016, As I was missing the wireless industry, I discovered a wireless repair franchise called uBreakiFix. After several months of due diligence, I purchased several locations in the Okanagan and Lower Mainland. The first store opened in Kelowna in April 2017.
