An eager and hard-working individual who has recently completed a BTEC course in IT, achieving an excellent overall grade of Distinction Distinction Merit and completing a Level 3 IT Support Technician Apprenticeship, now completing a Level 4 Networking Engineer apprenticeship to further enhance my skills and gain further invaluable experience as I embark on my career in IT. With a focus on continued learning and improvement to enable further career opportunities in the industry moving towards more advanced positions within companies.Currently, I have experience with- System Administration of Networks- Implementing new Infrastructure solutions for networks & servers- Management of Azure services and endpoints- Cisco Command Line to troubleshoot & resolve network problems- Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization, creating & monitoring virtual servers- Scripting with Powershell to automate tasks & troubleshoot issues- Linux server management- Managing and resolving tickets within SLA timers- Working with our teams to create optimal solutions- Managing projects to ensure they run smoothly- Providing customer satisfaction- Onsite troubleshooting, resolving issues whilst representing company values to clientsI have learnt valuable leadership, team building, and mentoring skills through attending army cadets for 4 years.
