About Cameron Mila Brooks

I am committed to all that I do. I thrive working with like-minded individuals who are looking to perform and have fun while doing it, as well as help others in this ever-changing World. I am reliable, trustworthy and hard working, and am loving living my life in this beautiful state! During the 3 years I worked at Enterprise, I gained many skills but a few truly stand out. Number one, coach-ability is everything. Being able to take criticism and truly make lemonade out of lemons, success really does taste sweet. Number two, the follow through is the most difficult step. Anyone can put a plan into place, whether its to manage up, or manage out- the hard part is mastering the follow through. This is a skill I gained confidence in with team success and individual numbers to show from it. And finally, number three: buy in is everything, because as a committed team with aligned dreams, we can accomplish anything! There is no 'I' in team, but there is an 'I' in win. To win, it takes a team of strong, goal oriented individuals who are all committed to the same plan, and who hold the same values. I believe, that when given the opportunity, you will see I am one of those individuals that will do everything that is within my control to assist in leading my team to success. I am excited for this new chapter at The University of Colorado in the Provost Office in an HR role, and am thrilled to gain new knowledge and explore this path! Thank you for your time-Cameron
