I have been in the electrical industry since leaving school in 2005, firstly as an electrical apprentice and then as a qualified tradesperson up until 2012 when I joined Power Control Products. Throughout my tenure, I have taken on increasingly challenging roles, initially serving as an Internal Sales Representative, transitioning to the role of Technical Sales professional in 2015, and subsequently assuming the position of Sales Supervisor in 2022. In my current leadership capacity, I am required to effectively manage a sales team, ensuring the smooth and secure daily operation of the organization. Additionally, I handle technical inquiries and oversee sales activities. A pivotal aspect of my role entails engaging with international clientele and coordinating with logistics companies to facilitate the efficient distribution of Safe-T-Products conveyor equipment. My diverse experience and multifaceted responsibilities have honed my proficiency in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and fostering harmonious relationships with key stakeholders. I remain deeply committed to leveraging my expertise and leadership skills to drive organizational success and contribute to the achievement of strategic objectives.
