I am a highly skilled and dedicated Project Manager with more than 7 years of experience spanning project management, construction management, work phase planning and stakeholder management. Throughout the years, I have gained verifiable track record in managing site assets including personnel and equipment, managing budgets, estimating materials, scheduling tasks and reporting the project updates to clients and senior management.With many accomplishments and demonstrated ability in recruiting and leading personnel, sourcing and allocating vendors, negotiating pricing and materials, managing procurement and supply chain operations, and establishing timelines.
