About Cameron Rouse

Who am I? No titles, just roles and commitment to purpose. Crisis flips the conversation and requires new forms of collaboration, iterative approaches that embrace multi-stakeholders and tackle real problems at the source. I have worked across industry settings (Energy, Transportation, Finance & Insurance, and Technology companies), LOB roles, cultures & mindsets. I joined SAP in 2009 within an internal audit & risk management covering local/ global sales process, corporate functions, development or strategic investments & PMI, and business model innovation; I have built a case by determining facts, the design, and the team behavior that delivers. An MBA program initiated a shift to combine employee experience & customers outcomes focused on the "Great Reset" and Resilient Society that help us absorb shocks, change the mindset and build stronger response systems that that simulate scenarios, and course of actions for planning. As risk and performance managers, resilience today must anticipate the future. It needs to be proactive and preemptive in seeking solutions and involving all actors. Whether it’s operational transformation, business continuity, or saving livelihoods and lives, we need have a plan that is fluid, adaptive, and ability focused. Leaders must communicate the challenges, the opportunities and the response decisively to empower the shifts e.g cultural mindset, technological, and business model, that help everyone thrive.
