I am a dedicated worker with an extensive and well rounded background and a wealth of experience in food manufacturing production and quality. I have worked with LiDestri for 7 years, beginning my time as a temporary employee, working in all facets of general labor. I was then hired on as a filler operator on the spirits side at LiDestri's Lee road plant. In this position I operated multiple (7) filler machines. I monitored products and maintained proper run rates, fill weights and codes. After 13 months in this position I moved to paste room operator at the sauce side of LiDestri's Lee road plant. Here I was responsible for supervising a 3 man team, calculating the amount of tomato paste and diced tomatoes needed for each individual run. In addition I monitored the paste to ensure proper brix levels for batching procedures. After roughly 2 years of service in this position I moved into the quality department. In quality I have been responsible for complete and comprehensive analytical and organoleptic testing of food products at multiple stages of the batching and packaging process. I also am responsible for proper jar and case codes, proper application of appropriate labels, proper packaging and palletizing procedures, and monitoring and enforcing proper maintenance and cleanliness of all production areas. We perform ATP, allergen, and environmental swabs to ensure cleanliness and safety between flavors and after cleaning. I am also responsible for placing any non-confirming product onto hold using my extensive knowledgeb of and experience with oracle computer systems. I have served in my quality role for over 3.5 years currently. I work with people and function well in team settings or a supervisory role. I maintain professional work relationships with all coworkers and provide a positive, can do attitude in the work place day in and day out. I have worked extensive mandatory overtime, both on weekends and 12 hour shifts covering my coworkers. I have an immaculate attendance history, throughout my entire career with LiDestri.
