I have a vast working career in customer service industry with working for numerous employers these include Tesco, Wilko project textiles and abbey cricket ground. project textiles is a successful family business in the fashion industry I first started off working there as working experience in summer of 2019 and then after that on and off for the next two years helping when they need this was due to educational purposes but the jobs I used to do around there include helping designers pick out certain features of the garment then assist in cutting the garment, I would also help the accountant maintain the books and learn how they did the books which encouraged me to take it up as a career path and continue that in university. other jobs I did at the company included delivery rearranging the warehouse for potential investors in clothing this experience allowed me to develop key life skills that can be used throughout my working career like communications skills with colleagues and customers and understanding different needs. during 2021 I worked half a year at Tesco's which is a great place to gain some great real life experience and dealing with stressful situations this leads to another skill I have attained through working is ability to remain calm and logistical under stress enduring circumstances. Other skills gained from Tesco's was dealing with cash and stock taking and gaining valuable experience dealing with customers from all different backgrounds.
