As the Program Manager of Enterprise Business Resiliency, I am a key driving force in the analysis, strategic recommendation, and implementation of the Enterprise Business Resiliency Management (EBRM) team's objectives and long-term goals, and serve the overall function of establishing a truly resilient environment throughout all facets of the organization. As a seasoned Business Continuity professional who has engaged clients across the Financial, Medical, and Utilities industries, I bring a diverse and well-rounded knowledge/skill set that supports my passion, ensuring that organizations continue to progress/implement foundational and innovative solutions that deliver to the overall goal of survivability and sustainability in ever-changing and often volatile landscapes. Core competencies include Business Continuity Management (BCM), Incident Management, Vendor Continuity, and Exercise Planning. I drive performance and revitalization of Business Continuity components, including Business Impact Analyses (BIA), Business Continuity (BC) and Disaster Recovery (DR) Plans, and Vendor Resiliency & Assurance, in alignment with all three lines of defense. I hold multiple advanced degrees in Business Administration and Leadership and possess certifications in Business Continuity and Incident Management.
