About Cameron Terrill

I am a highly motivated Rail Signalling Engineer Cadet with a diverse background spanning various roles within the transportation and infrastructure sector. My current role requires me to coordinate between signalling, construction, and communications teams to ensure the seamless delivery of works during and outside of occupations. Prior experience as a Project Engineer at Downer involved overseeing street lighting contract deliverables including KRAs, contract reporting, fault monitoring, planned works and scheduled inspections. During my tenure as a Signals Engineer at the Department of Transport and Planning, I excelled in designing opsheets, identifying programming faults and reviewing traffic signal plans. I also served as an A/Senior Traffic Engineer and A/Senior Signals Engineer, providing critical support to Victorian transport projects, optimising signal networks and fostering relationships with key stakeholders. My early experience includes my role as an Electrical Engineering Intern at GHD, where I gained exposure to power systems engineering. Prior to that, I served as a Junior Draftsman/Electrical Engineer at S.P.A. Consulting Engineers, where I honed my drafting and electrical engineering skills. With a strong work ethic, a proven ability to collaborate effectively within teams and diverse engineering knowledge, I can positively contribute to projects that benefit all Victorians.
