Now in my 15th year at Volusia Sheriff’s Office, I currently serve as the Assistant Commander of the Special Investigations Section. In this role, I oversee the day to day operations for our Narcotics Units, Domestic Security Unit, and our Real Time Crime Center. My previous assignments include: Assistant Commander - Southwest Patrol District, Assistant Commander - Youth Services, Patrol Nightshift Watch Commander, Detective Sergeant, Patrol Sergeant, Detective, and Crime Scene Investigator. I am also a Volusia Sheriff’s Academy Instructor, certified Law Enforcement Training Instructor and a Field Training Officer. I enjoy mentoring and coaching the next generation of law enforcement officers.
