For more than 20 years, Godel has provided fully managed, highly skilled software engineering resourcing solutions to some of the UK’s leading household names in building industry disruptive, business-critical solutions by extending their development capacity. Godel has identified and understood several common challenges that tech leaders need to navigate whilst successfully scaling software engineering in their company. Godel’s mission is to become the most respected nearshore software development company in Europe. My role at Godel is a Service Delivery Manager, looking after our clients and teams to ensure we are delivering the best results to our clients and our teams are set up for success. A large part of my work is focused on cultivating relationships between our clients and delivery teams which is where I excel. Visiting clients, setting up team trips and travelling to our delivery centres is one of the highlights of the role, and bringing people together to focus on the task at hand is an absolute joy. At the end of the day, I am people focused, and if both our delivery teams and clients are happy, I can safely say I am too.
