Overall I am a twenty-three year old male, and I am striving to become a very successful Software Engineer. Throughout my years of living I have not only assisted multiple people with different trouble shooting procedures, but I have also come to enjoy helping people. Honestly it has become the thing that I actually live for. In the future, I plan on opening a business for kids that just don't know about the opportunities that could be available for them that isn't revolved around the standard 4-year degree. I am looking for a shot to prove myself and to be given a chance to be something great. Whenever there are situations or questions that I do not have the answer to at that point; I make my goal to find the solution, but I also try to make sure that I can learn it completely so I can help others and teach them what I learned. My skills are, but not limited too: • Running trouble shooting Procedures • Reimaging devices • Utilizing Microsoft Excel for organizational purposes • Answering calls concerning issues with issued equipment • Maintenance • In charge of newly enlisted personal pertaining to procedures concerning IT • Responsible for not only issuing newly configured cps, but also for keeping track utilizing serial numbers • Configured radios on multiple different frequencies • In charge of radio on cites outside of the office • In charge of communications concerning frequencies going through newly issued equipment • Leadership training • Help desk experience in S6 • Human resources experience • Warehouse Experience • Security Experience • Data entry pertaining to equipment being signed out and kept up with in section booklet I love helping people and I hope that you see me as a good fit.
