About Cameron Workman

I have spent the over 20 year running businesses from California to Utah. after moving to Salt lake City I spent several years growing a local company into multiple locations primarily being five bar/restaurants mostly in the Salt Lake City Area. I worked as District manager and Director of Operations for five locations as well as set up one franchise location. Three locations I was directly involved in starting and building from the ground up including buildout, staffing, training, permitting, negotiating with vendors, creating policies and procedures, P&L’s, payroll for approximately 160 employees, creating General Manager bonus programs, etc. All locations are open seven days a week and fifteen hours a day and have consistently generated over $1M in revenue a year and increasing year to year. I’m dedicated to success, don’t accept failure, strength in customer satisfaction and retention, fully understand the bottom line of business, and am a workaholic, I take great pride in what I do.
