About Cameron Wylie

I am a dedicated psychologist, trainer, facilitator, and entrepreneur with a passion for connection with ourselves, others and the world around us.As a psychologist, I go beyond symptom reduction to guide individuals towards meaningful and balanced lives. My approach is awareness-based, solution-focused, and person-centred. I resonate strongly with Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and emotional-focused work. I believe in empowering individuals to deal with challenging situations and to live authentically with intention and awareness./As a teacher and facilitator, I integrate psychological insights with engaging exercises, humour, compassion, and creativity. I blend theory with practice to foster skill development and self-discovery through interactive, immersive learning experiences. I draw inspiration from improvisational theatre, psychological research, embodied teaching, and mindfulness. My goal is to equip others with socioemotional skills that allow them to interact meaningfully with life and to adapt to the challenges of the ever-changing world.On my own lifelong journey of understanding connection, meaning, and fulfilment through experimentation and continuous learning, I intend to share what I have learned with others. Through sharing, I hope to positively impact the world by helping to make the world a more connected place. In 2022, we founded wynd, one of my main collaborative project, with the intention of building community and creating spaces for self-discovery in a non-judgmental environment.
