About Camila Ustarez

I am a dedicated social impact professional with a mission to create positive change in our community. Throughout my career, I have been deeply committed to addressing pressing social and environmental challenges. During my roles, I have successfully led and managed community engagement initiatives, designed and implemented sustainable development projects and collaborated with diverse stakeholders to drive meaningful impact. At The Women’s Fund Miami-Dade, I have had the opportunity to grow tremendously within the organization. Currently, I lead our impactful Impact Collaborative series which brings together experts to discuss and address issues affecting women and girls in Miami-Dade. Additionally, I lead our Impact Agents Volunteer Corp and Internship Program. Through my work in the public sector, I've become acutely aware of the disparities that exist within our communities, particularly affecting communities of color. As I continue to develop professionally, my passion lies in advocating for social justice and equity to foster positive change in my community. Beyond work and community service, you can find me traveling, on my yoga mat, or spending cherished moments with loved ones. I am always eager to explore new opportunities to leverage my skills and expertise for the greater good.
