Business development makes me tick and structure and smart solutions, pretty much sums up what I do best. Since development is something I strive for, I am very change-oriented and driven by innovative processes. I use my creativity and organizing skills to build sustainability, always making sure that both the journey as well as the result is flexible and adaptable to quick changes. I am known for being a strategic do-er with a positive mindset. I am a leader at heart whith a coaching approach to my leadership. My colleagues describe me as an empathetic and prestigeless leader who doesn't think anything is impossible. In my leadership roles, I have been responsible for teams of different sizes and had employees who have been situated both locally and nationally. I know that a strong team is a concept of success and I as a leader want to emphasize and utilize every individual's unique skillset. Lecturer Christer Olsson said it so well when he coined the phrase,"We are a together project". Making my team-members feel happy at work and seeing them evolve is what drives me in my leadership. I believe that having the right attitude is more important than sitting on heaps of knowledge and experience because without it, you won't know how to utilize said knowledge and experience.
