About Camille Florentin

Equicoach Certified by IFIE | Guide for leaders with untapped potential | Creator of immersive experiences My journey began in luxury hospitality, serving beauty, harmony, and memorable experiences. There, I learned the art of connection, attentive care, and attention to detail — qualities I now bring to professionals and meaningful projects. Through my travels and inner exploration, I discovered that true luxury isn’t material: it’s clarity, alignment, and the ability to fully embody your vision. Today, I support executives, entrepreneurs, and project leaders to:* Develop an authentic, embodied approach to leadership * Gain clarity in their choices and vision * Cultivate a benevolent presence that inspires and unites 🧩 My allies: horses & elephants — powerful mirrors of the inner world — and sensitive, creative coaching tools (psychology, body and artistic expression, rituals). Formats: professional training, workshops, immersive retreats, and tailored coaching, in France and abroad. My approach is simple yet powerful: creating a timeless space where each leader can slow down, listen to what truly drives them, and leave with a clear, embodied, and aligned vision. Are you a leader, manager, or entrepreneur looking to explore a new way to combine performance and humanity? Let’s write the next chapter together.
