About Camille Flye

Camille graduated in December 2024 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and a minor in Journalism from the University of Nevada, Reno. She excelled academically, earning a 4.0 GPA and a place on the Dean’s List every term. As Vice President of Member Relations for PRSSA Nevada, she managed all inbound communications related to chapter interest and distributed a bi-weekly newsletter to members on campus. From June 2024 to June 2025, Camille served as the Marketing and Communications Intern for the Nevada Business Environmental Program, overseeing the organization’s social media platforms and helping communicate critical information to assist Nevada business owners in navigating the state’s environmental regulatory landscape. From January to May 2025, she gained hands-on public relations experience through her internship at The Abbi Agency, where she supported the PR team by drafting press releases, compiling media briefs, building media lists, pitching to reporters, tracking coverage, and conducting research. In June 2025, Camille began her full-time internship at TrailRunner International, where her professional journey in crisis communications, reputation management, and high-stakes advisory work took off. She has had the privilege of supporting prominent clients across a range of industries, including finance, technology, and higher education. Camille has helped secure client coverage in prominent news outlets such as Reuters and The Wall Street Journal. She is currently honing her skills in crisis management, proactive and reactive media outreach, media monitoring, reporting, and business development. Passionate about delivering high-quality, timely work, Camille is excited to continue contributing to her client teams and advancing to the next stage of her career.
